Welcome back to another school year!  Our classroom theme this year is Hollywood.  I am very excited to start the year!  I know we will have tons of fun learning together and getting to know each other.

Second grade is full of exciting topics as we "Set the Stage for Learning."  This year we will learn many new and interesting things about reading and writing through our new Scott Foresman Reading series.  We will even learn how to write in cursive!  Our science topics include weather, plants, sound, and changes.  I love to do science experiments and I can't wait to do them with you!

We will also be performing in musicals and plays this year!  You will have a wonderful time singing, dancing, and acting on our own Ebenezer stage!
